1912 → 2024
A 1912 farmhouse, restored in 2024
Redolina was built in 1912 as a farmhouse on the road that crosses the Marliana hills — redolina means a country lane through nature. We began restoring it in 2020 and completed the work in 2024, keeping the original stone walls and reusing materials enriched by time, while adding modern comfort: air conditioning, efficient heating, new bathrooms and fast internet.
Our idea is simple: a slow holiday, in a real Tuscan house, at the pace of nature.

Three en-suite double bedrooms
Each bedroom has a double bed, its own private bathroom, air conditioning and materials recovered from the original 1912 house: chestnut beams, terracotta floors and stone walls. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more guests, for a total of 8.

Dedicated to the wild herbs of the Tuscan countryside.
Living room and kitchen
A spacious living room with sofa bed, TV and books, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes for 8) opening onto the patio.

Your private pool in the Tuscan hills
10 × 4 m
The 10 x 4 m swimming pool is reserved for Redolina guests only — no shared spaces, no other families. It sits in its own garden of flowers and Mediterranean plants, with sun loungers and views over the wooded hills of Marliana.
In late spring and early autumn, when the days are still warm, it is the quietest time to enjoy it.

Redolina is in Marliana, a small hill village in the province of Pistoia, northern Tuscany, at 300 m above sea level. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and olive groves, yet close to the main art cities, the spa town of Montecatini Terme and the Versilia beaches. A car is recommended. The A11 motorway is 10 minutes away (Montecatini Terme exit) or 15 minutes (Pistoia exit).

April–May
Spring
